Crew Foreman

• -Following the property quality and appearance standards set forth by Grass Cut Right

• -Following the SOP’s set forth by Grass Cut Right

• -Monitoring safety of personnel

• -Monitoring equipment condition

• -Ensuring the appropriate equipment is loaded for the days tasks

• -Drives the truck and equipment to the jobsite

• -Utilizes company issued funds for fuel and supplies appropriately

• -Following the pre set schedule, and delegating tasks to maintain work flow

• -Trouble shooting and fixing issues onsite if possible

• -Thorough knowledge of equipment  (We will assist in training you)

• -Operation of equipment safely and effectively including mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers

• -Operation of Plows, MAG snow blowers, ice control, and shoveling during winter operations

• -Initiating documentation and maintaining clear communication of issues with properties, equipment, and personnel to management.

• -Documenting supplies needed for assigned equipment

• -Communicating with owners or residents professionally and courteously when approached, referring them to management if needed.

• -Assist in training and mentoring of crew

• -Assists in preplanning new properties

• -Takes active role in quality control, bringing ideas and suggestions to management

• -Completing additional tasks as assigned​​
